Thinking about the sense of freedom outside the duty and, mainly, the lights of stages, I tried to play with the letters to convey a feeling of nonconformity to rules. I wanted this logo both fluid and anticonformist.
As for the anticonformism, I tried to achieve it in different ways:
1) the capital letter D is mirrored and opposite to the letters M and O.
2) spacing within the letters of the word \"MOD\" is not equal.
3) on the contrary, the spacing between the letters forming the words \"model off duty\" is regular
4) and the font is bold and daring as the black and white design, expressely asked by the contractor.
As for the fluid feeling, I depicted a horizontal line linking the letters all together, giving them a certain fluidity. Like, sexual fluidity, meaning a great sense of acceptance and self esteem.")

The client wanted a logo able to convey a feeling of strength and lastingness, but also modern somehow. Great importance had do be given to the name \"Aufiero\".
So, the lines of the design are thin and minimal, while the Capital Letter A stands on the middle of the vertical hexagon and attracts the attention of the observer.
At the same time, being the law office an italian one, I wanted somehow to introduce a small hint to the sea. The four horizontal lines under the A represent calm waves.
The logo is mono-color. A deep, classic blue means trust, dependability and loyalty to the cause.")

A stag is, for me, an emblem of elegance and speed. To convey this feeling, I opted for a \"curved\" design showing only the silhouette of the stag, in a very deep contrast with the red background.
As for the typography, I wanted a modern and solid font which is partly bold (Hack) and partly Italic Thin (Surrey). Again, the main idea was to create a contrast between strength and elegance, boldness and pride against lightness and vitality.")
