Nothing with pasta or cutlery was wanted, and it needed to feel both masculine and slightly rustic.
I used several photos of roosters as reference material for the colours - note that I did not trace nor closely reference any images beyond a vague pose match for one wonderfully arrogant looking rooster.")

I chose to use a beer bottle silhouette combined with an oak tree design (inverted to create a photo-negative effect). The oak tree is a design I've worked with before (but not previously sold) and was drawn in Photoshop, heavily filtered, then vectorized in Illustrator.
Since this isn't specifically a bottle logo (more a brewery logo) it seemed relevant to include a bottle rather than the more traditional hops+wheat style designs.")

Tidied it up in Photoshop by hand (accuracy was not expected from the client). Client wanted location points similar to Google Maps but not matching too closely. Added shadows to help lift the location points visually.")

"I'm surprised by the low the rating, the lowest I've ever had on here.
Working with images where sometimes the faces are barely visible, I think I've done a really good job. I've always been available for further editing at no cost and am always open to client suggestions."
