IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I retain the right to reproduce, publish and display Deliverables from 1-to-1 Projects in my portfolios, websites, and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence and/or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the Deliverables in connection with such uses.

Client agrees that in the event a Project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

Turnaround refers to the average time taken rather than a commitment that all work is completed within that time.

The Guidelines comes with 4-5 revisions which can further be extended for extra fees.

Duration of the project may not exceed 45 days, starting with the date payment was secured.

The Brand Guide will be supplied as a PDF. Additional deliverable can be delivered upon request.
