The main focus is the images expressing a physical transformation. this is a real comparison of healthy living (right) and bad habit (left). The white man holding this book in details, While the plumper falls asleep between the junk food pile and its lit television.
Dream Attack Grotesk is modern free font for simple mood, good choices. This non-fiction book subtitled with Helvetica to presented the elegant, serious and formal, which suitable with this theme.
Overall, this simple book cove design really impressed to describe your book content, more than just ‘good looking’ but also a good meaning.

I used grey as main color because on psychology view gray looks moderate and neutral. But at the same time, it looks exquisite and formal, yet never captivating. That’s why I combined with red to catch the attention. Red is often used to represent intense and passionate things like; confidence, creative thoughts, power, risk, passion, and strength.
The Dingo is the main focus of my concept, supported with theme of a lawyer/barrister in the background. The red box (50% transparent ) crosses the dingo’s eye just as guilty Dingo cues. Clients wanna a typography focused cover, so I decided take ‘Pontiac Inline’ font for the title and ‘Felix Titling’ font for subtitle and author.
