Our customers are health systems and hospitals around the country, and the end-user will be elderly patients. Through this platform, patients will be able to explore their values and the healthcare decisions they are entitled to (i.e. CPR, artificial ventilation, dialysis, etc), and they will be able to express what is important to them, and share these decisions with their physicians and loved ones.
