I work for a veterinarian who specializes in free spay and neuter services for community cats only (stray, feral, etc). We are starting a TNR movement here in South Florida to reduce the suffering of the close to half a million outdoor and unowned cats in the area. We teach trapping, mentor new trappers then send them out in the field where they can do it on their own and make a little cash. Usually $20 per cat they get sterilized.
