Qui sommes-nous ?
Background On the one hand, many sports and leisure time facility operators (called facility operators) currently struggle with optimizing the degree of capacity utilization for their facilities (e.g. a tennis court may be overbooked on the weekends but is mostly free the rest of the week). On the other hand people often don't know what exciting sports and leisure time offers (be it facilities or clubs) are available in their city. Worse, a lot of people spend their spare time lethargically in front of their tablets ore smart phones. Vision Provide an efficient marketing channel for facility operators that addresses a precisely defined target group. Operators can significantly improve the capacity utilization of their facilities and ultimately increase their revenue. Visitors on the other hand get access to a central repository with all sports and leisure time offers in their city at an unrivaled price. Approach In order to achieve this vision a membership program will be created. The program is supported by a web portal connecting facility operators (TWC partners) with visitors (TWC members). As a member of the "Tu Was Club" (short TWC) one can benefit in two ways: - Permanently get access to TWC partner facilities at a significantly reduced price - Redeem vouchers of TWC partners that are only available for TWC members - Take part in lotteries organized by TWC partners A TWC partner benefits by being presented to a large, business relevant audience (e.g. people interested in sports). This can be through a profile page presenting the partner facility or through vouchers or lotteries featured on the home page of the portal. We plan to launch with an MVP hence a couple of features are scheduled for later releases. The administrator will take care of managing the partner content in the beginning, so no special interface is required for now.

AUDIENCE & MARKET Primary Audience: Sports & activity interested people in an age group of 15 - 45. The look & feel of our website should appeal to this audience Secondary Audience: The TWC partners (see detailed scope). They want to be presented in an professional and adequate way to their potential customers (Primary Audience). DESIGN TRAITS The website should signal: activity, professionalism, consistent fresh style. Focus on UI/ UX - users have to find the desired information easily. CREATE EMOTIONS Working in the field of sports & activities, we would like to generate emotions when a visitor opens our website. The website should emotionally anima the users to make sport and be more active. CORPORATE DESIGN We already have a corporate design that we would like to see reflected by the website. CORPORATE DESIGN Don't use colors that do not match or interfere with our corporate design color scheme. CONSTRAINTS The design should be creative but not too playful and ensure that the design elements used can be realized through a Drupal template.

DRUPAL COMPATIBILITY The design must be later transferable to a Drupal 8 theme based on established modules like blocks and views. RESPONSIVE DESIGN The design has to support a responsive behavior of our website so that it looks great on big (e.g. large desktop monitors) as well as on small screens (e.g. smartphones). EMOTIONAL IMAGES It's crucial that the website features attractive and engaging images that communicate what we are doing and what visitor is going to get. The target group needs to feel addressed and feel that they will be well served. DELIVERABLES The design should also comprise a photoshop / ai file as well as the exported and web optimized graphics. A guide for the usage of the design elements, colors and fonts and photoshop filter settings (so we can concisely reproduce effects on our own) should be included so that we later can extend the website and ensure that it's look and feel stays consistent. Eventually link to stock photos used in the design. GENERAL REMARKS We intentionally want to keep the set of provided graphics small so that you are not tempted to take over too much of what is already available. The set of images used in our hifi mockup will be uploaded to 99designs. Should you still require certain existing graphics in a given resolution and format, please let us know.
