Fuku Ryu Ramen is Melbourne's newest and most exciting authentic ramen restaurant.
Fuku Ryu Ramen is a fun, energetic and inviting ramen restaurant that serves the best authentic ramen and Japanese pub food favorites. Our promise to our customers is to provide delicious and authentic foods with welcoming, attentive and efficient service.
Our first in restaurant is based in the heart of Melbourne's Chinatown, our target audience is made up of 3 primary groups : 1) Local office workers and residents, 2) area university students and 3) tourists.
Fuku = Lucky
Ryu = Dragon
Our brand represents a younger, energetic feel - delicious, soul-warming food in a lively and modern atmosphere with a louder-than-average soundtrack.
Qu'est-ce qui vous inspire et comment imaginez-vous le design de votre entreprise?
We are looking to have billboard signage made. We have secured a nearby billboard that will function as advertising as well as informing passers by to our location. Our restaurant is somewhat hidden down one of Chinatown's laneways, this billboard is located at the intersection of the closest large street.
We want the billboard to direct people walking by to the existence/ location of our restaurant and to advertise our ramen.
The overall design and theme of the sign should reflect our brand being a young up and comer with a serious commitment to quality and service but still very fun and welcoming to all walks.
Many of our design elements are derived from us being located in an urban atmosphere such as "wall tatoos" of our dragon artwork on the exterior of the building and on one of our walls in-store. The color palate that we have used to date has been predominantly black with gold and red accents. Our billboard sign should be more eye catching though.
The billboard should contain the following elements:
- our logo and name as is
- a directional arrow to the left to indicate our location as well as a statement similar to "this way to soul-warming ramen" (but not necessarily this exact statement"
- a picture of our food
Designers are free to be creative with the following:
This is a street side billboard that has great visibility, we will have the sign for 3 months, during the Australian winter when it is ideal to eat warming ramen noodles. The sign should make people want to eat our noodles.
