This is a Logodesign für a property management company. In my vision, it needed a strict and serious appearance. So I decided to use a serif font. The light blue in combination with the darker blue gives the design a fresh touch. It's simple but professional as well. The linear graphic main element reflects a rugged building. So the company got a static and confident appearance to the target audience.

I was inspired by the modern touch of buildings and made a straigh design with modern parts. The logo shows the steps from a traditional business to a rising modern business.
