I based the concept for the finance based business on a cube, to convey security, reliability and strength. I incorporated the letter T inside the cube in a way which also resembles an arrow pointing upwards to convey success. I used a simple sans font which I tweaked a little so the A also resembles an arrow to further emphasise success. The design was complete by incorporating the colours the client had stated with the use of gradients to give a 3D effect.")

My name is Darren McArdle and I'm the founder of D-EdgeDesign. I'm 30 years old, from Ireland. I studied BA Hons Design and Communication at the University of Ulster, majoring in Graphics. My style is quite minimal and modern, I love making the use of white space work seamlessly in my designs. Since leaving university I have travelled and worked all over the world including Australia, United States and South America. I have a huge interest in photography as well as design.
