It pass through scrupulous considerations in which does not breach any existing ideas. Yeah, it's given the fact that there is a resemblance. BUT it makes sure that there's no exactly replicated. Copy is far from Modify. Likewise, if you buy a perfume, soap, etc. Do you think you can own the ingredients exclusively? Does lavender scent has many various smell? The verdict here is, you cannot patent any single generic type of ideas unless you have the chance to modify it.
