The attached document contains sample screens for a Minimum Viable Product. We do not want to impose a design, look and feel with these screens. The purpose of those screens is to describe the information that is required and it demonstrates the flow of the application.
This browser-based product will be used on PCs (90% of the time initially) and tablets (10%) so the designer must take this into account. The minimum device width will be 780px. We would consider it a plus if the design was reactive, including allowing both landscape and portrait on a tablet.
The attached document describes in detail the functionalities needed for our product demo. The main landing page is not described and is not required but the design must take into consideration that a landing page with access to the various functions will be required later on.
We want an interface that is modern, intuitive, friendly and fun to use. We want a design that will maximize the real estate so it can easily be used on tablets. Since the product is about scheduling, the main screens are often scrollable grids and they often require parent-child relationships displayed in a secondary grid. Sports schedules can combine different types of activities such as games, practices and other events. Those activities are usually tagged with a status such as scheduled, confirmed, not confirmed, etc… It should be really easy for the eye to distinguish between one of the above. We think that colors might be appropriate but the designer has full flexibility on the design.
